Bilingual App - Real Estate Event (2026)

Managed a custom Leadership Summit bilingual event app that improved attendee experience, increased engagement, and created strong feedback loops.

Problem

There was a need for a digital and centralized platform for event content, live communication, engagement and feedback collection. Also, we needed to balance sponsor visibility, attendee experience, and bilingual requirements

Goal

Create a seamless, engaging event experience through a custom app with strong communication and sponsor integration

Strategy
  • Collect requirements from stakeholders and design a bilingual, user-friendly app structure with clear navigation

  • Integrate gamification and feedback loops to drive engagement in a seamless manner

  • Prioritize sponsor visibility within the app experience

Execution
  • Firstly, I needed to understand the app outline based on stakeholder requirements: what did Event team needed the app to include. I collected requirements and communicated that for the App team by creating a mockup. I asked our in-house Design team to help out with the logo creation, and put the assets together for a custom Home Screen design of the app


  • Led content creation, approvals, and stakeholder coordination (speakers, sponsors).

  • Wrote gamification rules and oversaw implementation in the app. Contest consisted of two parts:

    • QR code scanner of sponsor boothes, increasing sponsor visibility. This generated 160 interactions throughout the day for 6 sponsors.

    • Quick rating for sessions, which generated 220 replies, increasing feedback frequency.

  • Built and scheduled live updates, leading to quick in-app session ratings as well as other updates.

  • Oversaw bilingual content production and translation accuracy done by a dedicated Translations team

  • Built and maintained app content in CMS, ensuring quality and consistency

  • Implemented push notifications and real-time updates.

  • Provided on-site support during the event

  • After the event, a notification was scheduled to send out the final survey from Qualtrics. I collected the results and complied into a big report from the event app, pulling in-session ratings results in as well. It made for a comprehensive report that saw a 20% increase in replies.
